Therefore, a well-rounded self-defense repertoire should include striking techniques to effectively manage these situations. This not only helps in neutralizing threats quickly but also in creating opportunities to employ BJJ techniques if the situation goes to the ground.
Better Timing
Ever been in a boxing class? If so, then you already probably understand the importance of proper distance and timing - which are even more important in striking than they are in Jiu-Jitsu.
